新型インフルエンザの流行が全国で広がる中、県内でも８月半ばから患者が急増している。学校や職場での集団発生が１７-２３日の１週間だけで９件。夏休み中にもかかわらず、大半は学校や塾など子供の集まる場所で、今後、患者がさらに増える可能性が高い。県健康推進課は「持病がある人や妊婦が感染すると、重症化することがある。症状があれば主治医に早めに相談を」と呼びかけている。 県は、１０人以上の団体で１週間に２人以上がインフルエンザの症状を示し、うち１人でもＰＣＲ検査で新型と確認された場合を「集団発生」としている。 県によると、集団発生は７月２４日-８月２３日に１９件確認。うち６件が今月２１-２３日に集中し、２５日も龍谷大瀬田キャンパスで活動する運動サークルの５人がＡ型陽性と判明。１６-１９日の広島県での合宿直後に発症した。 また、２５日、栗東郵便局（栗東市安養寺２）も２０-６０歳代の男女職員６人がＡ型陽性と発表した。他の職員２０人の体調に異常はなく、全員マスクをして業務にあたっている。 学校の夏休みが終われば、感染がさらに広がる可能性も高い。２６日から大半の小中学校や幼稚園で２学期が始まる大津市と野洲市は２５日、季節性インフルエンザより休業基準を低くし、感染者が学級の１５％に達した場合は原則４日程度、学級閉鎖させるなどの基準を決め、周知した。県も基準作りを急ぐ考えだ。２５日に授業が始まった県立守山中の田中律教頭は「保護者に毎朝登校前に検温をするよう要請しているが、どこから感染するか分からないのでピリピリしている」と話した。 医療機関が分からない場合などの問い合わせは県の「新型インフルエンザ相談窓口」（０７７・５２８・４９８３）まで。 Japan health news 投稿日時: 2009年9月 5日 10:50 | パーマリンク 群馬・流行の目安超える 集団感染も相次ぐ 新型インフルエンザ

▽沖縄が突出 「確率的にはいつ死者が出てもおかしくない状況だった」。沖縄県の男性（５７）が新型インフルエンザによる国内初の死者となった１５日、衆院選の応援のため那覇空港に降り立った舛添厚労相は、空港内で開いた緊急記者会見で冷静な対応を呼び掛けた。 全国約５千の定点医療機関から、今月９日までの１週間に報告されたインフルエンザ患者は４６３０人。５週連続の増加で、前週の２６５５人から急増した。１機関当たり０・９９人で、全国的な流行開始の目安となる１・０人にほぼ達した。中でも沖縄県は２０・３６人という突出ぶりだ。 患者が増えれば重症者や死者が出る可能性も高まる。沖縄はまさにそんな状況にあった。ところが、沖縄ばかりではなかった。その後のわずか４日間で、神戸市の男性（７７）、名古屋市の女性（８１）も亡くなった。 ▽遅れてきた流行 なぜ夏に患者が急増したのか。国立感染症研究所感染症情報センターの谷口清州（たにぐち・きよす）第一室長は「高温多湿の東南アジアや香港でもインフルエンザは流行するのだから、日本の夏でも流行は起き得る。日本は（最初に患者が発生した）５月に学校閉鎖などで時間稼ぎをした。一生懸命対策を取ったが、いずれにせよ封じ込めることは不可能。遅れていた流行が今になって出てきた」と見る。ただ、なぜ沖縄なのかは「分からない」という。 夏休みが終わり学校が再開すれば、患者はさらに増えるというのが専門家の一致した見方だ。では、どうすれば重症化や死亡を防げるのか。 新型インフルエンザで重症化しやすいのは、ぜんそく、心臓病、糖尿病などの慢性疾患や免疫疾患を持つ人、妊婦など。今回の沖縄と神戸の男性２人は腎不全で透析治療中。名古屋の女性も多発性骨髄腫と心不全を抱えていた。３人とも重症化の典型例と言える。 「透析患者は免疫力が低下しているため感染しやすい」と篠田俊雄（しのだ・としお）河北総合病院透析センター長は解説する。普段の健康状態が良ければそれほど心配はないが、高齢やほかの病気で体力が低下している場合は危ない。透析患者の１割ぐらいがこれに該当するという。「きちんと透析治療を受けて健康状態を保つなど、普段の自己管理が重要」と篠田さんは強調する。 ▽脳症も７件 国内では子どものインフルエンザ脳症の報告も相次ぐ。インフルエンザに感染した乳幼児が突然けいれんを起こし、意識障害が急速に進行する重い疾患だ。国内では年間１００人程度が発病しているとみられる。新型でも７件報告された。脳症に詳しい医療関係者は「意識障害があったら、早い段階から脳症を疑って治療すべきだ」と話す。 国内ではまだないが、米国では妊婦の死亡も６例報告されている。日本産科婦人科学会周産期委員会の委員長を務める斎藤滋（さいとう・しげる）富山大教授によると、妊婦は妊娠の全期間で重症化の危険が高い。免疫力が低下している上に、発熱が流産の危険を増す。特に妊娠後期は肺炎を発症して重くなることがあり注意が必要だ。 今後、重症患者の命を守るためには、患者数の増大に対応した医療態勢の整備が不可欠。長崎大病院感染制御教育センターの安岡彰（やすおか・あきら）教授は「軽症は一般診療所、重症は大病院というすみ分けをするべきだ」と指摘する。 Japan health news 投稿日時: 2009年8月24日 20:14 | パーマリンク 新型インフルエンザ流行水準 今月に入り急増 定点報告
